[B1] STATION: Team Speak - Client Setup and Connect

To Setup TeamSpeak -
http://www.goteamspeak.com/

- Logout of website and use the TS Joiner
to Connect as B1-Guest.
It is below the Main Menu on the left.

- Now in TeamSpeak, from the menus,
click on Self/ Register with Server
If it is greyed out then ask an admin
to "allow you to register."

Then make-up a Login Name and a Password enter it in
twice to confirm. (write these down) then click Register.

Now you should hear a confirmation that its successful and
you will see an (R) to the right of your name (B1-Guest).

- Connecting to the B1 Server using
your Login Name and User Password.

- Now click Connection/ Connect.
- Select Local Addressbook

- Right click and Select Add Server

- For the Label put B1 Station

- Server Address is: .72.232.167. 123 Port 1228

- For Nickname: Use your B1 Display name
that you use on the website. Its in your B1 Profile.

- Select Registered.

- Enter your Login Name and User Password.

- Select Auto- Reconnect

- The Channel stuff just leave blank.

- Then Connect to the server.

- You are done !!

- Setting up your Team Speak 2.0 Options

- In the Menu, Click Settings.

- click Options/ Sound Devices Verify that
the correct sound device is selected.

- click Options/ Sound Input/Output Settings
Set your Push-to-Talk button.

- Run the activate local test mode
to verify that your mic is working.

Using the TS Joiner to login to TeamSpeak.
while you are logged on to the website. you
add this TS Login Info into your B1 Profile.
That would be the Login Name and User Password
that you just made up when you registered TS.
Then save your Profile and connect via the TS Joiner.

For reference, it will log you into
TeamSpeak with your B1 Display Name.
So make your TS Nickname the same.
